Acquisition expands the company’s footprint into San Antonio
Wichita, KS – High Touch Technologies announced today that it has acquired Pinnacle Computer Service, an information technology (IT) solutions provider in San Antonio. The acquisition was finalized for an undisclosed amount on December 1, 2015. This marks the second acquisition for High Touch in three months, with the last transaction in Corpus Christi. Effective immediately, Pinnacle will be rebranded to the High Touch name. Dane Warren, an original founder of Pinnacle, will join the High Touch team.
