The High Touch name comes from the 1982 nationwide bestseller “Megatrends” by John Naisbitt. In this book, Naisbitt identifies that as there’s more technology around us, we have a greater need for human touch. As a business technology partner, it’s our job to make technology accessible to the clients we serve.
