New Health Services

New Health first reached out to High Touch as a small health care startup with no on-site IT staff. We needed a secure network designed and implemented that could grow with our business.

New Health selected High Touch prior to my joining the company, so I am not sure what the decision-making process was; however, High Touch installed a scalable network infrastructure for us, trained staff, helped guide us through HIPAA issues, and has continued to support us as we’ve added multiple sites.

We have been especially impressed with High Touch’s customer support and availability. Andrew, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help us get sites online. He always responds quickly to my many questions and is very proactive at planning for our future needs. We’ve seen some of the other IT support companies out there when acquiring other practices, and oftentimes, they seem more of the ‘drop in, flip a switch, set up a printer, and leave’ variety.

High Touch has been involved and hands-on. They’ve really helped set us up to grow, rather than apply Band-Aids to our problems.
