Support Center Costs

High Touch offers help desk remote support at a standard hourly rate from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Support rates during evening and holiday hours vary by contract.

High Touch provides on-site support and emergency support services on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue type and its severity.
