When we first reached out to High Touch, our IT infrastructure was in rough shape. We were far behind in several areas, including server management, the age of our software, and our phone system. At the time, we were contracting with another managed IT services, but we weren’t receiving the strategic engagement we needed to improve.

At the time, we were contracting with another managed IT services, but we weren’t receiving the strategic engagement we needed to improve.
In the beginning, High Touch spent a lot of time with us, assessing our technology issues before coming up with a support plan and improvement projects that would fit our budget and move our business forward. In the past year, we’ve made more technology improvements than we had in the previous 5, including moving to Office 365, implementing Teams, upgrading our security systems, and transitioning to VoIP phones.
When our business had to pivot to a work-from-home model due to COVID-19, we already had the tools in place to support our staff. Instead of scrambling for solutions, we were focused on extra training and coaching. Now, our staff is heavily using Teams for video meetings and collaboration, and VoIP phones to continue to serve our customers. Several of our staff have said they even feel more connected to their colleagues than before we started working from home.
High Touch has been attentive to us at all levels. My staff gets quick solutions for their tickets, and my account representative is always available for escalated issues. Additionally, we receive proactive outreach for strategic-level discussions, which is a dramatic change for us. The level of responsiveness and personability is night and day between our experience with our previous managed service provider and High Touch.
I highly recommend High Touch for their responsiveness and attentiveness to our business needs. I’ve really enjoyed working with Mike Miranda and Jason Leib. The High Touch team is always ready to brainstorm solutions and prepared to tailor a solution to our business needs and culture, collaborating throughout the project.
