As a High Touch customer with hosted email security, you have access to our U.S.-based support center for email support. Help desk support for email is available during regular business hours, subject to your service level agreement. After-hours and emergency support is available for an additional cost.

Our price for hosted email security services is calculated as a monthly rate based on your organization’s number of users, licensing, individual email security options, and backup solution of choice. Additional services that fall outside of your service level agreement will be charged at a designated hourly rate.
