As CFO, Christi Leads High Touch’s Financial and Accounting Efforts, Providing Strategic Expertise and Leadership to Guide the Company’s Ongoing Financial Success.

Christi’s passion is serving the people that make small and medium-sized businesses unique. She believes in “doing what you love, and when you do that, everyone is going to benefit from your passion.” She brings over 25 years of experience as a small business owner, corporate controller, and community-focused financial leader to High Touch’s Executive team.

Education, Career, and Experience

Christi graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting before beginning her professional career as a Tax Accountant at Deloitte. After transitioning to a Senior Tax Accountant role at Deloitte, she accepted a Controller role at Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Okla. Finally, before pivoting her career as a small business owner, she served as Controller for the Oklahoma State University Foundation.

Small Business Ownership – Limousin World, Inc., Etc.

From 2002-2014, Christi served as Co-Owner and CFO of Limousin World, an agricultural publishing company headquartered in Oklahoma. The growth and eventual sale of the company laid the foundation for new business opportunities for Christi and her business partners—throughout the acquisition and sales processes, she strategically managed the corporate portfolio of businesses to create and invest in new opportunities, leveraging existing talent to successfully fuel growth.

Corporate Accounting – Charles Machine Works and The Toro Company

After the successful sale and exit of her small business ventures in 2017, Christi transitioned back to corporate life at Charles Machine Works. She served in Controller capacities for different business units underneath the company’s umbrella, including Hammerhead Trenchless and Subsite Electronics.

Following The Toro Company’s acquisition of Charles Machine Works in 2019, Christi served as Senior Manager/Divisional Financial Planning and Analysis Lead for Hammerhead Trenchless, Subsite Electronics, and the company-owned dealers, assisting in the company’s financial transition from a private to a publicly-traded company.

Board and Community Involvement

Currently, Christi serves as Treasurer and Executive Board Member for the Noble County YMCA. Throughout her career, she’s lent her financial expertise to community-focused boards and initiatives dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk teenagers and youths. She has served as Founder for Feed 5000, Co-Chair for For the Worth of a Child, and Finance Chair/Treasurer/Lay Leader for First United Methodist Church.

“Laugh, Learn, and Enjoy”

Christi and her husband, Todd, have five children. “I love to laugh and enjoy life, especially with my family,” she states. My family loves to travel, seeing and experiencing different landscapes and cultures wherever we find ourselves.” A native of the “Watermelon Capital of the World,” Rush Springs, Okla., Christi also enjoys reading, diving into business models, and being outdoors.
