The cost of your Managed O365 and M365 package is calculated as a monthly fee, based on the following:

  • License type. Microsoft licensing tiers have varying fees based on your organization’s solution. High Touch provides packages for Microsoft O365 E1, Microsoft O365 E2, Microsoft O365 E3, Microsoft M365 Business Basic, Microsoft M365 Business Standard, and Microsoft M365 Business Premium.
  • License changes. Your managed O365 or M365 service includes managing moves, adds, and changes for your licenses.
  • Users and devices. Your monthly fee is calculated based on the number of licenses and devices supported by the agreement.
  • Additional support. In addition to your monthly fee, consider additional support fees that your business may incur outside of your Service Level Agreement (SLA).
