About Tara
With over 14 years of experience in marketing, Tara began her career with High Touch in 2016. Under her tenure, Tara has led High Touch’s rebranding efforts by incorporating the company’s acquisitions and lines of business under one High Touch brand.
High Touch’s rebrand won a Gold award in the Corporate category at the 2019 WAMA awards. Tara has also reinvigorated High Touch’s digital marketing efforts with an emphasis on advertising and content development.
Tara began her marketing career as Marketing and PR Coordinator for the Wichita Symphony before growing her career as Marketing Manager for Davis-Moore Auto Group. For over six years, she led the marketing efforts for five franchises, as well as the Clint Bowyer dealerships in Emporia, Kan. At Davis-Moore, Tara was the first person to hold the role, centralizing marketing for the entire dealer group.
As a lifelong Wichitan, Tara has deep roots in the community. She was an inaugural member of YPW (now W), serving as committee Vice Chair, Secretary, Chair, and on the board. During this time, Tara also led the team that established the YPW awards and Founder’s Day Gala.
With a background in musical theatre, Tara has been performing on stage in Wichita for years. She is a former board member of Laughing Feet Performers, one of the only fine arts organizations in the nation dedicated to providing music and theatre opportunities for special needs performers. Recently, Tara also sat on the Mayor’s committee to make a recommendation on the future of Wichita’s fine arts facility.
In her free time, Tara continues to perform on stage. She spent two summers in Music Theatre Wichita’s resident summer company and still occasionally performs locally at Mosley Street Melodrama.
