Emily Wagner National PBL recognitionHigh Touch Butler County Community College scholarship winner and intern Emily Wagner recently received national recognition at the National PBL conference in San Antonio. Emily earned a second place award in the Help Desk category.

In the final round, Emily competed against 15 other college students to provide online help desk support through an interactive role-playing scenario based on customer service in the technical field. Each finalist was required to conduct a five-minute presentation to introduce themselves, describe the situation, make recommendations, and summarize the case.

According to Future Business Leaders of America – Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL), “This event provides recognition for FBLA members who demonstrate an understanding of and ability to provide technical assistance to end users.
