Setting the Gold Standard for Support

As a Support Technician II, Trever shines in supporting High Touch’s RTO software customers. Every day, Trever logs in to provide software support to clients and meet their needs on any support questions or issues they may have.

“My favorite part about my job is being able to interact with clients,” states Trever. “I am a people person, so being able to speak and interact directly with our clients, helping them with their needs, gives me a satisfying feeling.”

Time to Make the Donuts

Trever’s first job was making donuts—it’s no surprise that when given the option to choose between giving up his phone or dessert for a week, he’d gladly give up his phone. “I did just fine without a phone years ago. I am not giving up desserts,” he laughs.

There’s no doubting that donuts make people smile. With nine years under his belt at High Touch and too many at-bats to count, Trever truly enjoys making people smile. “I bring the human touch to technology by being professional and knowing that our clients are depending on us to give them the support they not only want but deserve,” states Trever.

Heading Into the Dugout

When Trever isn’t on the phone tackling customer issues, he’s enjoying “America’s pastime,” baseball. When it comes to sports, Trever is a big baseball guy—going so far as to say that his favorite website belongs to the New York Mets.

Likewise, when it comes to superstitions, he’s never stepped foot on the fair/foul lines on the baseball field.

His love of baseball translates to volunteer and coaching opportunities as well. Before relocating to North Carolina, Trever volunteered at baseball camps, teaching young kids how to play the game.

Hitting a Home Run in Customer Service

Trever’s support expertise, “people-person” personality, and customer-focused attitude are apparent in some of the things customers have to say. Here are just a few examples from the first half of this year alone:

  • BIG HELP!!! Instead of fixing, walked me through how to do it in the future!!!
