Highlighting Wichita’s Young Professionals
Wichita, Kan. — (December 16, 2022) — Lindsay Boxberger, Digital Marketing and Website Services Manager at High Touch Technologies, has been recognized by the Wichita Business Journal as part of the publication’s Young Professionals in Major Companies series.
In its second year, the WBJ’s Young Professionals series aims the spotlight toward “up-and-coming professionals ages 25-40.” All professionals recognized in the program have been nominated by a peer, mentor, or leader as someone who represents the next generation of city and community leaders.
Profile: Lindsay Boxberger
In her role, Lindsay manages High Touch’s websites, including our own company website, websites for our two proprietary software products (cynergi|suite and Nigel), and websites for our Website Services clients.
“In a dual capacity, I also lead our Website Services team in preparing proposals, managing financials, administrating web servers, third-party partnership relationship management, and managing personnel,” states Lindsay. “I also work closely with our Marketing team for online advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), analytics of visitor data, etc.”
Lindsay can trace her interest in websites and technology all the way back to high school. “We were building the website for our school (like, the first one ever),” laughs Lindsay. “I remember the moment when I created a webpage, and a classmate said they could see what I had uploaded to the internet. It was THE COOLEST.”
A High Touch employee-owner for nearly a decade, Lindsay has achieved many notable accomplishments during her tenure, including being named an Emerging Leader in 2015, being recognized as one of Wichita’s 40 Under 40 in 2016, and hosting a roundtable discussion with Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2019.
“I love what I do, and I’m good at it,” laughs Lindsay. “Trying to get people to see the value and the extreme importance that a website isn’t just about design or being ‘online’ — everything about a website and a company’s online presence affects a business’s reputation. It’s a vast web of interconnecting things that should be handled by a professional.”
