Born and raised in Wichita, Brett has always valued the sense of community that comes with living and working close to family. His role as a Systems Engineer II at High Touch revolves around essential technical responsibilities that help keep our clients’ systems running smoothly and securely. From backup monitoring and management to network device monitoring and remediation and server/workstation patching, Brett’s skills are vital to our operations.
“Growing up, I was fascinated by everything computer-related,” Brett shares. “Watching my father work through technical issues late into the night sparked my interest in IT. Seeing how he started at the bottom and advanced in his career inspired me to pursue a similar path.” Brett’s passion for technology, combined with his strong work ethic, has made him an invaluable part of the High Touch family.
Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Brett is forward-thinking in his approach to technology. “I aim to make my team more efficient by introducing more automation into our daily processes,” he explains. This proactive mindset exemplifies Brett’s commitment to driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
