In her role, Meagan is at the helm of day-to-day HR operations, offering unwavering support to High Touch’s employee-owners for everything in the HR wheelhouse.
As Meagan points out, each day brings a new set of challenges and opportunities. “On a typical day, my job includes providing guidance and support for performance management, employee relations, coaching, and development,” Meagan explains. “I also play a key role in managing our recruitment efforts and employee onboarding.”
In an industry where technology oftentimes feels cold and impersonal, her contributions extend beyond the technical aspects of HR, helping foster a work culture where High Touch’s employee-owners feel seen, heard, and valued.

Denver, but only if my team was able to come with me.
2. What’s one quirky thing people don’t know about you?
I look up the menu before going to a restaurant.
3. Is a hot dog a sandwich?
Yes. Bread + meat = sandwich.

Blink.
5. What’s something you wish you could automate?
Driving.
6. What’s your favorite mobile app or website?
YouTube.
7. Which famous person would you have dinner with and why?
Reese Witherspoon. I love the shows and movies she’s in. I’m also a fan of her book club.

Dessert. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth.

Knocking on wood in hopes that I don’t jinx myself.

Putting together furniture.
