Wichita Kan. — High Touch Technologies hosted its annual holiday and employee awards party on Saturday December 8, 2018 at the LUX.
High Touch President and CEO Wayne Chambers kicked off the evening with an opening welcome speech, which was followed by dinner from Larkspur Bistro and Bar, employee awards, and trivia by DJ Trivia Wichita.
Employee Awards
Led by Tracy Lucas, Vice President of Administration, and Chambers, High Touch distributed its annual employee awards. The company recognized employees in four categories.
MVP Award
The MVP Award recognizes employees who exemplify the High Touch attributes of personable, dependable, knowledgeable, and growth minded. For 2018, employees voted to choose a winner from their respective location or floor.

Above and Beyond Award
This award recognizes outstanding employees who regularly make contributions to the company outside of their normal day-to-day tasks. Every High Touch employee had the opportunity to nominate an individual for this award. The winners were chosen by the Executive team.

Employee of the Year Award
Each year, Chambers awards the Employee of the Year award to an exceptional High Touch employee. For 2018, Chambers selected Nichole Gibb for the award.
Gibb serves High Touch as the company’s ConnectWise Administrator. In her role, Gibb is essential in maintaining High Touch’s system of record and working with employees across the organization to ensure the success of the system.
High Touch Corpus Christi and San Antonio
High Touch’s Corpus Christi Employees worked together to raise $150 to give to the Corpus Christi Police Department’s Shop With a Cop program.
Our Corpus Christi and San Antonio employees met at the Executive Surf Club for their holiday celebration.
