High Touch Technologies Refreshes Brand Image

Wichita, Kan.—(May 18, 2018)—High Touch Technologies is undergoing an exciting brand refresh. The new style embraces the company’s vision of providing friendly, client-focused experiences. Since its beginnings in the late 1970’s, High Touch has combined its technology expertise with customer-driven development to, “bring the human touch to technology.” Hence, the High Touch brand.

Bringing the Human Touch to Technology

The brand refresh represents a completely overhauled customer-facing strategy for High Touch.

Working with Jeremy Luginbill and Lifeboat Creative, High Touch crafted a new visual experience that symbolizes the company’s key values and services.

“We were excited when High Touch selected us to partner with them on their brand exploration, strategy and implementation,” stated Luginbill. “Getting to know all the amazing people and learning about the wide range of technology services they provide was an extremely rewarding journey. High Touch has a very bright future, not only in the Wichita area, but as a nationwide technology force.”

A new logo, font and website modernize the company’s face, while still representing the company’s 30-plus-year history. In fact, High Touch’s new logo is a throwback to an older generation logo, which used hands holding a globe to demonstrate High Touch’s customer-centric, worldwide vision.

According to High Touch CEO Wayne Chambers, “This change visually communicates High Touch’s effort to deliver positive customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.”

With this brand refresh, the company is reorganizing the structure of its services. In recent years, High Touch has grown steadily, diversifying its offerings through acquisitions. This led to a long list of products and services that could be difficult to navigate for businesses that were unfamiliar with High Touch’s lines of business.

Most recently, High Touch expanded its portfolio by acquiring Great Plains Communications and Associates Solutions, Inc. Through these acquisitions, High Touch added Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), surveillance, and cabling services to its menu.

With a newly organized portfolio, High Touch can meaningfully communicate the products and services it has to offer. High Touch operates under five lines of business:
