A Long-Term Technology Partnership Helps Support Opportunities Across Kansas
Wichita, Kan.—(June 11, 2026)—More than 8,000 members across 80 Kansas counties rely on programs offered through Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland. Behind every camp experience, leadership activity, STEM program, and community event is a mission focused on helping girls build confidence, develop new skills, and prepare for the future.
On June 11, 2026, supporters gathered at Brick & Mortar Event Venue in Wichita for the 6th Annual Cookies on Tap fundraiser, an event that combines Girl Scout cookies with local craft beverages to raise funds for programs and financial assistance opportunities throughout the region.
High Touch Technologies was proud to serve as the event’s Presenting Sponsor and celebrate another year of partnership with Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland. As the organization’s managed IT services provider and technology partner, High Touch helps support the systems and technology that enable staff and volunteers to focus on delivering programs and opportunities for girls across Kansas.
While Cookies on Tap provides an enjoyable evening for attendees, the event’s impact extends far beyond a single night. Proceeds help support programming, camp experiences, and financial assistance opportunities that make Girl Scouting accessible to more girls across Kansas.

What Is Cookies on Tap?
Cookies on Tap is an annual fundraising event hosted by Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland that brings together community members, local businesses, and supporters for an evening of cookie and beverage pairings.
The 2026 event featured participating beverage partners, including River City Brewing Company, Walnut River Brewing Company, Wichita Brewing Company, The Leprechaun’s Lab, Blood Orchard Brewing Co., White Crow Cider Company, LDF Companies, and Xclusive Events.
Attendees received curated pairings, a commemorative take-home glass, and the opportunity to support programs that help girls discover new interests, develop leadership skills, and build lasting friendships.
For many organizations, fundraising events provide critical support that helps expand access to educational opportunities and experiences that might otherwise be out of reach for some families.
Supporting Opportunities That Make a Difference
The impact of fundraising efforts like Cookies on Tap is evident throughout the programs and resources offered by Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland.
Through initiatives such as Council Cares and campership assistance, the organization helps reduce barriers to participation by providing support for membership fees, uniforms, books, and camp experiences. These resources help ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent girls from participating in programs that can shape their confidence, leadership abilities, and future goals.
Girl Scouts also continues to invest in experiences that expose girls to science, technology, business, outdoor education, and community service opportunities. These programs encourage problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking skills that can benefit participants throughout their lives.
Events like Cookies on Tap help make those opportunities possible.
A Technology Partnership That Continues to Grow
For High Touch Technologies, supporting Cookies on Tap reflects a relationship that extends well beyond event sponsorship.
High Touch serves as the managed IT services provider and technology partner for Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland, helping support the technology infrastructure that enables staff, volunteers, and programs to operate efficiently.
Organizations like Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland depend on technology every day. From communication and collaboration tools to cybersecurity protections and day-to-day IT support, reliable technology plays an important role in helping nonprofit teams stay focused on serving their communities.
As a managed IT services provider, High Touch works alongside organizations to help keep systems secure, available, and aligned with operational needs. For nonprofits in particular, technology often needs to support ambitious missions while operating within limited budgets and resources—that makes strategic technology planning especially important.
High Touch Employee-Owners Joined the Celebration
Representing High Touch at the 2026 Cookies on Tap fundraiser were Enoch Jennison (Product Owner), Ryan Schafer (Creative Lead and Brand Manager), Jason Fenoglio (Director of Information Security), Nichole Gibb (Business Applications Administrator Lead), Zach Alexander (Senior Content Manager), and Bailey Wingfield (Marketing Specialist).
As a 100% employee-owned company, High Touch values opportunities to support organizations that are making a meaningful impact in the communities where employees live and work.
Jason Fenoglio helped open the evening by welcoming attendees and reflecting on the influence Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland has on girls and families throughout the region. Drawing from both his professional relationship with the organization and his personal experience as the parent of a Girl Scout, Jason spoke about the leadership, confidence, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills girls develop through the program.
He also highlighted the cookie program as an early introduction to goal setting, customer engagement, financial responsibility, and business fundamentals—all skills that can benefit participants long after their Girl Scout experience ends.
“The Girl Scouts are investing in future leaders,” said Fenoglio. “They’re helping girls build confidence, develop practical skills, and discover what’s possible when they challenge themselves to try something new.”
Why Do Technology Partnerships Matter?
Many nonprofits face a difficult balancing act—they need dependable technology, strong cybersecurity, and strategic planning while remaining focused on their mission and managing resources responsibly.
A technology partnership can help bridge that gap.
Rather than reacting to problems as they occur, organizations benefit from having access to ongoing expertise, proactive support, cybersecurity guidance, and long-term technology planning. The result is a technology environment that supports the organization’s goals while reducing disruptions and risk.
