2021 was undoubtedly a standout year for bringing the human touch to technology. As a company, we received recognition for our role as a Managed Services provider, launched a new website service, and continued to grow our technology partner footprint, to name a few accomplishments.

CRN Pioneer 250
In February, we landed a spot on CRN’s Pioneer 250 list for the first time! This list recognizes specific managed services providers who have provided exceptional services to small and medium-sized businesses. Learn more about the Pioneer 250.
Website as a Service (WaaS)
Our Website Services team debuted a new product option for businesses looking for an all-inclusive solution for their website. In addition to Website Development services, WaaS includes services to help maintain website security, functionality, and design. Instead of paying one lump sum for your website up-front, then having to pay extra for ongoing maintenance services (or maintain the website and security by yourself), with WaaS, you’ll typically pay a fraction of the total website cost to get started. CRN Tech Elite 250
We scored a spot on CRN’s prestigious Tech Elite 250 list in March! This annual list, compiled by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, features IT solution providers of all sizes in North America that have earned advanced technical certifications from leading technology suppliers. According to CRN, “These companies have separated themselves from the pack as top solution providers, earning multiple, premier IT certifications, specializations, and partner program designations from industry-leading technology providers.” Learn more about the Tech Elite 250.
Marketing Team Receives Gold at Wichita AMA Awards
In June, our Marketing team earned a Gold Award for Corporate Marketing at the 2021 Wichita American Marketing Association awards. The team’s work refreshing the brand for High Touch’s flagship rent-to-own software, cynergi|suite, and developing a new website caught the judges’ eyes. Learn more about the award.
CRN Solution Provider 500
This year, High Touch ranked 426th on the list, up five positions from 2020. According to The Channel Co., “CRN’s Solution Provider 500 ranks the top integrators, service providers, and IT consultants in North America by services revenue.” Despite a challenging year economically due to the coronavirus pandemic, CRN reports, “the Solution Provider 500 collectively generated $403 billion, up 2.5 percent from last year.” Learn more about the Solution Provider 500.
Wichita Wind Surge Inaugural Season
The Wichita Wind Surge baseball team, Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, completed their inaugural season at Riverfront Stadium.
