The Wichita Business Journal recently featured High Touch Director of Development Stacy Root. On Monday, February 25, 2019, the Wichita Business Journal hosted its fifth Mentoring Monday. More than 125 Wichita-area women young professionals and mentors met to discuss topics such as maintaining a work/life balance and dealing with a glass ceiling.

As a mentor, Stacy is featured in the article stating, “I’m a director of software, so I’ve got a lot of experience working in a male-dominated world. So we just talked a lot about overcoming that and enabling women. What I said there really isn’t a glass ceiling. There are certain people and that you have to be in charge of your own destiny. If you recognize you’re in a situation where you’re not going to get anywhere, be confident enough in yourself to move out of it.”

High Touch Vice President of Sales Amy Mounts also mentored at the event.
