About Nici
Nici brings over 17 years of experience in the human resources field to High Touch. After spending most of her career with Charles Machine Works, a leading equipment and solutions provider to the underground construction industry, Nici joined the High Touch team in 2020.
For the last five years Nici spent with Charles Machine Works, she served as Corporate Director of Human Resources where she was responsible for developing, implementing, and leading strategic corporate human resources servicing the company’s family of seven market-leading companies with over 2,000 employees spanning across the U.S.
In addition to her broad expertise and accomplishments in all disciplines of human resources, Nici has achieved multiple certifications and leadership development accreditations, including her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and coaching certification from the Center for Creative Leadership Coaching Program (CCL).
