She guides the company’s people strategy, culture, and voice, shaping how High Touch supports its employees and communicates its identity to the world.
From cultivating employee experiences to stewarding the brand’s reputation, Nici plays a pivotal role in aligning how High Touch shows up for its employees, clients, and community. Recognized for her thoughtful leadership and people-first approach to culture, she helps ensure that High Touch’s values are reflected not only in its brand but in the everyday experience of every employee, enabling them to live out the company’s vision of bringing the human touch to technology.
About Nici
Nici brings over 20 years of experience in the human resources field to High Touch, with a career rooted in strategic leadership, organizational development, and people-focused transformation. She joined the company in 2020 and quickly became a driving force behind the company’s internal culture and talent strategies.
Before joining High Touch, Nici served as Corporate Director of Human Resources for Charles Machine Works, a nationwide provider of equipment and solutions in the underground construction industry. There, she built the department from the ground up, developing and leading a shared services HR model that supported over 2,000 employees across seven market-leading companies.
At High Touch, Nici has continued to champion companywide growth through thoughtful leadership, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. In 2025, she assumed additional responsibilities for the company’s marketing and communications efforts, uniting brand, culture, and people under a single strategic vision.
Nici holds multiple leadership development accreditations, including a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a coaching certification from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
