“My favorite thing about my job is that I get to make High Touch and its people look good,” states Zach.
“With our mission of bringing the human touch to technology, people are essential to everything we do. I get to tell and share the stories that show how meaningful and impactful our work is, like when our Custom Software team builds a life-changing application for a business or when our Support team helps a client get their business back online after a hurricane — it makes me happy.”
As part of the program, Emerging Leaders will participate in weekly roundtable discussions with about a dozen participants on topics such as workplace wellness, higher education, and continued downtown revitalization.
The program also includes two social events and three educational sessions from guest speakers in the community.
“Some of the best and most engaging learning experiences I’ve had during my career have been in groups with other professionals while having interesting conversations,” states Zach. “I’m hoping that this program will be another one of those opportunities.”
