“It Takes a Village To Keep Everyone Happy”
If you’re ready to get lost in a story, look no further than running into Donna DiTrani (Sales Executive – RTO).
If you asked Donna if there’s a tool that would make her job easier, she’d tell you at least five stories about her day, family, and recent events before finally landing on a “magic wand.” Most days, as many High Touch clients and employees can attest, it seems like she’s already carrying one in her back pocket.
“I usually have many things in the air simultaneously,” Donna laughs.
In her role as a Sales Executive, Donna supports customer relationships related to High Touch’s point-of-sale software for rent-to-own (RTO) companies. As she states, “I work with prospects who are looking for RTO software, as well as juggle existing accounts between my boss and colleagues to keep everyone happy, dealing with any issues that may pop up from software to hardware, enhancements, accounting, and everything in between.”
Being Her Authentic Self
In her 19 years at High Touch of bringing the human touch to technology, Donna credits her success as a Sales Executive to bringing her whole, authentic self to the table.
“If you know me, you know I love telling stories,” Donna laughs. “It’s neat because I get to know and build great relationships with our clients—many of whom I’ll keep in touch with after I retire. I could write a book filled with funny client stories if I wanted,” she laughs.
“On my way back from a RACFI show in Dallas, I spoke with Richard Pannell (Former Principal – EBRO International Inc. dba Rent-A-Center) for three hours about our childhood vacations in the car. We had similar experiences and laughed for hours,” says Donna. “Also, if anyone knows Dan Singh (CEO – Dial Rent-to-Own)—he’s so much fun. Every time I see him, we giggle. We’re the same age, only he’s two weeks younger than me, and he lets me know about it every time we meet.”
It’s that same sense of self that Donna brings to her internal RTO Sales team at High Touch. She’s a self-proclaimed “task-master” who works best when she has goals to work towards.
“It’s a team effort with Jan Miller (Director of Sales – RTO), Doug Funk (Sales Executive – RTO), and I,” states Donna. “One of my favorite things about my job is being able to celebrate meeting goals and big wins with my team!”
Kick Back With Donna
When she’s not at work, one of Donna’s favorite pastimes is spending time in her home theater (with the newest tech upgrades, of course) or taking a break from the busy world with her Headspace meditation app.
Depending on the day, you might even be greeted with a Donald Duck impression.
Donna has one daughter in college and four furbabies—two dogs and two cats.
