High Touch History in Corpus Christi
High Touch Technologies has had a presence in Corpus Christi, Texas since the early 1980’s. In fact, High Touch entered the Corpus Christi market by providing a retail point-of-sale system for rent-to-own companies. At the time, retailers were struggling to manage their inventory, customers, rentals, and retail transactions.
By building a strong relationship with our RTO customers in Corpus Christi, we were able to listen to customer needs and apply our growing high-tech expertise. In addition to POS systems, High Touch began providing network management, data backup, and website development solutions. This allowed us to branch into new markets, including the nonprofit and oil and gas sectors.
As our business expanded in the South Texas market, we noticed the meaningful impact High Touch could make. To meet business needs in the area, High Touch became Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) certified and Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) certified.
