Jason Mock, High Touch Vice President, Operations – frequently travels for client visits, trade shows, and other work events. Last Friday, he experienced flight delays and eventual flight cancellation in Dallas, Texas. A next flight wouldn’t be available until Sunday, so he decided to rent a vehicle and drive back to Wichita, Kansas.
Before he did, he the let other passengers know his plan. Turns out, he rented a van and drove a whole van full of women and children back to Wichita that night.
Since then he’s received a couple very nice Thank You notes from the passengers.
