But his skills don’t stop there—he also extends his technical expertise to our Nigel restaurant management software, providing support for any software-related issues that may arise. It’s safe to say that Jonathan is a versatile problem-solver, always willing to go above and beyond to assist clients and provide top-notch services, no matter the issue or product.

Jonathan’s journey into a technology career showcases the power of potential and seizing the right opportunities. “The world wants to know how I got a job in technology,” Jonathan laughs. “I fall in the percentage of college grads that go into a field that has nothing to do with their degree, but I really enjoy the technology field. I was lucky to find the right job at the right time.”

In finding a career in technology, Jonathan has also embraced the camaraderie and shared ownership among High Touch’s employee-owners. Knowing that every team member plays a vital role in the company’s success, he’s driven to continuously improve and deliver the best support for High Touch’s clients.

“The team I work with is my favorite part of my job,” says Jonathan. “Knowing that we all have a share in the company makes me feel like we’re all on the same team fighting together. Also, the ability to work from home—it’s one of my favorite perks and makes everything a lot easier when you have a busy family.”

Dallas! I’m a big fan of the Cowboys and Rangers.

I love candles, lol.

Sure! All I know is that I love them.

The White House.

I worked at a restaurant.

Right now, it has to be TikTok.

Yes, four kids: three boys and one girl, and one dog.
