Today, the Wichita Business Journal (WBJ) published an article titled “Partnership with Microsoft, acquisition part of broader High Touch Technologies plan.”
It referred to the acquisition article released yesterday, “…Wichita’s High Touch Technologies acquires Kansas City company” – that company being Associates Solutions, Inc. (ASI).
Additionally, the article mentioned High Touch becoming a Microsoft partner seller (P-Seller) in the region and how that relates to the ASI acquisition with ASI employees’ familiarity with Microsoft systems.
On Monday of this week, Regina Tolbert and Matt Hester, representatives of Microsoft from Seattle visited High Touch.
“…The P-Seller program is something where a unique set of Microsoft partners are participating,” Tolbert says. “High Touch Technologies is turning out to be one of our uniquely qualified partners in this area. High Touch has a strong history of delivering traditional solutions in this (region) and we think they’re a partner that has moved forward to grasp the cloud solutions opportunities…”
Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions and CIO Kevin Colborn in addition to Microsoft Practice Development Director Ross Jordan are also quoted in the article.
