You can download Office Lens for free for Windows Phone, iPhone (iOS), and Android.

OneDrive

Utilize OneDrive to get all your documents on any device, seamlessly from Mac, Web, or Windows. Mobile users will get a notification to their iOS or Android device when someone shares a OneDrive file.

Co-authoring

Co-author with your team on the same document at the same time, from anywhere, and at-a-glance see who’s working and where. Co-authoring is available for documents shared on OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, or SharePoint Online and allows multiple people to simultaneously edit the same document. Real-time typing in Word lets you see where others are typing in a Word document and view their edits as they make them.
