Diana’s career journey through the aerospace and technology industries has been extraordinary. With over 30 years of experience, she’s held key leadership positions in consulting, product, and engineering. Her career is a testament to her versatility and adaptability, demonstrating excellence in areas ranging from change management to program and product management.

During her career at High Touch, Diana was chosen as the Technology Consultant for Wichita’s riverfront multi-use stadium. Her responsibilities extended from aligning the F&E technology infrastructure to orchestrating strategy, planning, design, development, and support throughout the project’s lifecycle. Diana’s collaboration with stakeholders during the early design phase right through construction showcased her ability to navigate complex projects seamlessly.

“One of my notable achievements includes managing an engineering team that utilized tools like Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, .NET, and .NET core framework,” states Diana. “We also worked extensively with developer platforms in Microsoft Azure.”

Behind every successful individual, there are mentors who provide invaluable guidance. Diana states, “I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with several influential figures throughout my career. Their steadfast guidance and unwavering support have been integral to my accomplishments.”.

When asked about her advice for women aspiring to enter the field, Diana emphasizes finding your passion, seeking mentors, and embracing challenges outside your comfort zone.
