Bailey’s selection not only speaks volumes about her unparalleled skills but also underscores her unwavering commitment to professional excellence. Facilitated by W, A Community of Young Professionals, Mission Wichita promises to be a journey of growth and collaboration, bringing together 11 other young professionals alongside 12 Airmen from McConnell Air Force Base.

According to W, Mission Wichita was established with the goal of bridging the gap between airmen and young professionals in Wichita.
“Each class is carefully selected to represent a diverse and accomplished group of current and future leaders, including individuals from both military and civilian backgrounds. The six-week program offers exclusive access to unique spaces and facilitates connections with influential military, business, and civic leaders. Airmen gain insights into leveraging their leadership skills to effect change outside the military, while civilians learn valuable insight to McConnell Air Force Base and its significant economic impact on Wichita and the surrounding region.”
