In this role, Clay will bring his extensive experience in leadership, technology, and business to drive innovation and excellence in IT solutions for High Touch’s clients and communities.
Beginning his career in the restaurant industry, Clay excelled in motivating and leading diverse workforces. At Summit Capital Venture Group, he skillfully managed daily operations, negotiated contracts, and established strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. His cross-functional expertise paved the way for a seamless transition into the real estate industry, where he founded, built, and scaled multiple businesses specializing in real estate acquisition, development, and management across various markets.
With over 20 years of business experience, Clay’s entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills propelled him to executive roles in technology. As Chief Operating Officer at Bespoke Technology Group, he played a pivotal role in developing a progressive culture of operational excellence and client-centered service, ultimately returning the company to profitability. As Director of Sales and Business Development at 7 Figure MSP, Clay led a diverse team of skilled sales professionals, driving advocacy, engagement, relevance, and revenue growth within the global MSP sector.
Before joining High Touch, Clay served as the Chief Operating Officer at TechGen Consulting, Inc., where he successfully established a positive culture, streamlined processes, and prepared the company for mergers and acquisitions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Clay values spending quality time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, reading, and lifelong learning. Clay and his family actively support adventure rehabilitation programs through his wife’s career in orthotics and prosthetics. In addition, he has volunteered with the Colorado Lacrosse Foundation and Colorado Youth at Risk Programs, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
