“I love to learn that there are Cowboys fans across the U.S.,” laughs Quentin.
As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, Quentin provides support to High Touch’s RTO software customers. “Dude, I get to work with different people every day, fixing computer issues,” Quentin states. “I work on hardware and software issues mostly—I just like to try to wow every customer with my help.”
Phoning In a Career at High Touch
Quentin is a customer-turned-employee. Before beginning his career with High Touch, Quentin was a Rent-A-Center and Colortyme employee and manager for ten years. “I learned that High Touch was needing an RTO customer service tech, and I jumped at the chance to come to the team.”
His experience provides unique insight into solving customer problems. “I work with each client, and I put myself in their shoes every time I get on the phone. I help them as if I were trying to help my grandmother with a project—I don’t want to let them down, so I get the issue fixed by any means necessary.” During his time at High Touch, he’s even had the opportunity to go on-site and work with customers directly to install hardware and software. “My favorite project at High Touch was traveling to Jacksonville to complete a 33-location install with other members of our RTO support team—it was one of the last trips we did all together, and it was amazing!”
“I Love to Hear People Smile”
To paint a picture of “wowing” customers, here are a just few things customers had to say after Quentin helped solve their problems:
- “I needed help with a payment issue in RSSS. I spoke to a gentleman named Quentin. He was so pleasant and easy to speak to. Understood my issue right away, had it fixed, and me on my way to business in no time.”
- “Quentin Nolan is the BEST!”
- “Quentin was amazing, very thorough, and went above and beyond in helping me get the problem fixed.”
- “Greatest customer service experience I’ve had in a while.”
- “Quentin is extremely knowledgeable and always very kind and courteous. He is a pleasure to work with.”
With his dedication to customer service, it’s no surprise that if he could do any other job at High Touch, he’d choose to be an Account Executive for RTO customers. “I love what Donna and Doug get to do. They get to be one-on-one with our customers, keeping them happy and paying our bills,” he laughs. “It’s a tough job, and I’d like to take a stab at it. I’m a pretty good salesman.”
