Customer Support Technician
Provide tier 1 level technical support and assistance to end user clients. Answer incoming calls, support emails, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, provide information and answer questions to support our clients.
Responsible for the operations of the accounting department and is to ensure the efficient, complete, accurate, and timely performance of all accounting functions. They are responsible for staffing and scheduling of personnel within the department.
Conduct and manage both the sales and relationship management to current and future clients by working closely with their respective sales manager and the branch director at their primary location and potentially other locations to support and grow our Managed Services and technical solutions products.
Junior Systems Engineer
Provide troubleshooting, including both onsite and remote support for Information Technology such as servers, desktops, printers, phones and network equipment for small and medium business clients. May be part of a project team in implementing a technical solution.
