High Touch Technologies is a software, technology, and communications company that provides services and support to companies across the U.S. and in four countries. As a business technology partner, we focus on making technology accessible to our clients and expanding their existing technology and communications capabilities.

Through our partnership, we help translate technology into tangible business outcomes that are relevant to our clients.

Our Mission: Bringing the Human Touch to Technology

By nature, technology is cold, hard, and industrial. It’s not a warm hug—it’s rigid metal, sterile plastic, circuit boards, and wires. It’s technical jargon, three-letter acronyms, and continuously changing products that business owners and managers don’t have the time to keep up with.

By bringing the human touch to technology, we help businesses understand the benefits of implementing technology in ways that are personal, easily understandable, and directly beneficial to their bottom line.

More About Wichita

Our Core Values

The High Touch name comes from the 1982 nationwide bestseller “Megatrends” by John Naisbitt. In this book, Naisbitt identifies that as there’s more technology around us, we have a greater need for human touch. As a business technology partner, it’s our job to make technology accessible to the clients we serve.

One way we accomplish our mission is through our core values:

  • Customer-Focused. Technology partnerships are unique, as they’re based on individual business needs and goals. Whether it’s an entire IT team, custom software, or business communications, we’re here to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Steady Under Pressure. Researching, implementing, and supporting technology can be overwhelming. As technology experts, we can navigate technology challenges intelligently, with grace, providing peace of mind for businesses.
  • Humbly Confident. Helping businesses improve by engineering and delivering technology solutions takes confidence. Being humbly confident takes a keen sense of awareness in knowing how to ask the right questions and provide the best assistance. We believe this is the differentiator between a client partnership versus a customer-vendor relationship. In a partnership, there’s always something new for both sides to learn.
  • Can-Do Attitude. Technology has its challenges. It’s our job to dive in head-first and solve them. We focus on technology, so that businesses can focus on getting things done.

Lend a Hand, Grow With Us

We focus on our clients—as they grow, we grow too. As a High Touch employee, you’ll be planting the seeds for technical innovation, nourishing development, and maintaining connections. For over 35 years, High Touch has worked to extend its reach to clients all over the world.

  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program). At High Touch, you’re not just another employee; you have a seat at the table as an owner. We’re 100% employee-owned, offering private company stock as part of our compensation packages. No matter where your position is in the company, every decision you make and every project you complete impacts our success.
  • Culture. We’re committed to our mission and core values—they build the foundation for a collaborative, engaging, growth-oriented, and diverse work environment. As a company, we’re also committed to the communities that invest in us as a technology provider, actively supporting initiatives for STEM education, entrepreneurship, and our local economies.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. We genuinely care about our employee-owners, their short-term health needs, and long-term wellness goals. No two employees will have identical healthcare demands. We offer three company-subsidized medical plans, dental, and vision insurance to meet your individual wellness needs.
  • 24/7 Telehealth. Your access to affordable healthcare, when you need it, is important to us. As a solutions provider, we offer 24/7 support to our clients—our employees deserve the same level of support for their wellness needs. Receive telemedicine access at no cost, plus additional opportunities to save on your medical, dental, and vision expenses when you enroll in a High Touch health plan.
  • Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Employee Assistance Program. As a service provider, our company’s wellbeing is only as good as our employee’s wellbeing. We’re there for our employees when accidents happen or when things get rough. High Touch offers these benefits, all paid at 100% by the company.
  • PTO (Paid Time Off) and Company Holidays. Our generous PTO plan encourages employees to strike a perfect work/life balance. Taking time away to spend a long weekend with your family, embark on a vacation, or get a few things done around the house is important to us. Additionally, High Touch celebrates six company-wide holidays and one additional floating holiday for use when you need it.
