A Night of Art, Elegance, and Community Partnership
Kansas City, Mo.—(April 5, 2025)— At High Touch Technologies, we believe that strong communities and strong partnerships go hand in hand. Our team of employee-owners was proud to support the 2025 Lyric Opera Ball, celebrating both our ongoing relationship with the Lyric Opera of Kansas City and our commitment to empowering organizations through technology.
Hosted by one of Kansas City’s most iconic arts organizations, this year’s black-tie event brought together civic leaders, arts advocates, and supporters from across the region, including several High Touch employee-owners, for an evening of unforgettable entertainment and philanthropy.
Set to the elegant theme Classically Opera – A Black and White Ball, the event featured captivating opera performances, a formal dinner, an auction, and live music by Lost Wax, all in support of the Lyric Opera’s mission to bring world-class operatic experiences and educational outreach to the community.
About the 2025 Lyric Opera Ball
The Lyric Opera Ball is far more than your run-of-the-mill gala—it’s a vital fundraising effort that helps fuel the organization’s year-round programming and arts education initiatives.
The 2025 event was chaired by longtime advocate Edward P. Millbank, who served over 20 years as a trustee for the Lyric Opera of Kansas City and was honored for his enduring contributions.
Representing High Touch Technologies were Greg Survant (Systems Engineer II – ITS), Brett Werth (Systems Engineer II – NOC), Bailey Wingfield (Marketing Specialist), and their guests. Together, they joined the celebration not only as event attendees but as proud supporters of the Lyric Opera’s vision and ongoing success.
