2022 was a fantastic year for High Touch—not only did the year give us countless opportunities to deliver on our mission but also opportunities to carry out our core values.
From launching a new company website to earning two CRN awards, attending multiple community involvement events, and debuting a forward-looking managed cybersecurity offering, here are the stories that helped make 2022 a stand-out year for High Touch.
Launching a New Company Website
We kicked off the year by launching a new High Touch website. The reimagined website was designed to provide greater insight into High Touch’s role as a comprehensive technology partner. Not only does the website provide enhanced information about High Touch’s products, solutions, and services, but it also underscores High Touch’s mission, core values, work, and company history.

Introducing an Enhanced Leadership Team
During 2022, High Touch made two significant additions to its Executive team.
In February, Christi Woods was introduced as the company’s new CFO. Christi joined the High Touch team after serving as Senior Manager/Divisional Financial Planning and Analysis Lead for Hammerhead Trenchless, Subsite Electronics, and the company-owned dealers.
Additionally, Eric Franklin joined High Touch’s Executive team as Vice President of Sales in July. In this new role, Eric is responsible for leading the organization’s sales efforts, building and nurturing the company’s sales team, securing new customers, and developing sales processes and procedures.
Earning Two CRN Awards
This year, High Touch earned a spot on two CRN award lists, the Solution Provider 500 and the Pioneer 250.
Each year, the CRN Solution Provider 500 ranks North America’s managed services providers by revenue—for 2022, High Touch placed 439th on the list. The Pioneer 250, as an additional recognition, awards companies that have shown a particular expertise in providing managed services for small and medium-sized businesses.
Getting Involved in the Community
As the technology partner for Envision, High Touch provides IT, software, and communications solutions for the organization.
In addition to partnering with Envision to provide technology solutions and support in 2022, High Touch supported the organization’s mission through community events and activities, including the Dallas Golf Fore Vision Tournament, Wichita Golf Fore Vision Tournament, Level Up Conference, and Evening With Envision Gala.
Announcing Managed Cybersecurity Solutions
Part of our job as a technology partner is to help keep businesses safe. Over the years, we’ve learned that cybersecurity and its many layers of defense can be a challenge for some organizations.
This September, High Touch launched a Managed Cybersecurity solution to make cybersecurity easier for businesses. Instead of individually purchasing, managing, and supporting the essential layers of a comprehensive cybersecurity solution, High Touch can function as an organization’s Managed Cybersecurity Solution Provider (MCSP).
As an MCSP, High Touch provides the full-scale solutions, monitoring, and support organizations need to help protect themselves from cyberattacks in one easy-to-understand package.
Investing in RTO Software
Throughout the year, High Touch has continued to invest in its flagship point of sale (POS) software for rent-to-own (RTO) companies, cynergi|suite.
With the goal of fully modernizing the software from top to bottom, High Touch has made numerous releases throughout 2022, including the Darwill and wowbrands integrations, updates to Home Office Accounting (HOA), Pay-By-Text (#PAY), updates to the Online Payment Solution, and Digital Signature Capture.
