“We needed to upgrade to an ERP accounting system. High Touch had a very efficient pre-sale process with a clear budget, list of goals, and schedule, so we decided to choose their services.
The implementation process went much smoother than we expected. High Touch met the deadlines on time or ahead of the expected schedule. We didn’t need to use any contingencies or encounter any problems with the scheduling. Any changes in our initial strategic setup plans were minor and handled in stride. In fact, communication was exceptional throughout the entire project.
High Touch’s project team performed very well, returning phone calls and emails in a very timely matter. We understood the team setup, and both of our teams worked well together.
