Murex has been a High Touch client for years, and while I wasn’t part of the initial decision-making process, I know why we continue to work with them as a technology partner — they care about our business, and I feel like we’ve grown together over the years.

High Touch helps make sure all our equipment, licenses, and support are up-to-date. We depend on their team for monthly managed IT services, equipment/data center storage, onsite support, 24/7 help desk and support center services, remote IT management, our phone system, and virtual collaboration software (Teams).

With High Touch, I know our systems are safer and more secure. With their guidance, our ability to work from home went from zero to fully capable. Improving communication within our office and with customers through Teams has been an enormous benefit.

Everyone we work with is always so willing to help us get to the bottom of every issue. High Touch has friendly, dedicated people, and that’s apparent in our dealings with them. They work with us to treat us like the unique company we are, always willing to meet our needs instead of putting us in a box to be like other customers.
