Celebrating Excellence in Storytelling and Content Strategy
Wichita, Kan.—(May 8, 2025)—High Touch Technologies is thrilled to share that our Senior Content Manager, Zach Alexander, has been named to the Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2025!
Each year, the WBJ’s 40 Under 40 program honors young leaders across the region who have demonstrated excellence in their organizations, industries, and communities. Honorees are selected through an independent editorial review process, based entirely on merit, accomplishments, and impact.
About the 40 Under 40
Now in its 27th year, the Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards are a signature recognition in the region’s professional landscape.
“Each year, the 40 Under 40 Awards honor 40 rising stars in the local business world who have distinguished themselves in their companies, their communities, and their industries—all before their 40th birthday,” states the WBJ. “These young professionals are executives, innovators, and entrepreneurs who represent our region’s next generation of business leaders.”
Sharpening the Voice Behind the Brand
Zach joined High Touch Technologies in 2018 and currently serves as our Senior Content Manager. In this role, he leads the development of marketing and communication content that supports strategic business goals and elevates the company’s brand voice. From web content and blog articles to event collateral and presentations, Zach’s work is woven into nearly every facet of the organization.
“If there’s text on anything official with a High Touch logo, there’s a good chance I wrote it,” Zach shares. “My job is to make sure our brand looks and sounds its best—clearly, consistently, and creatively.”
Over the past seven years, Zach has helped grow High Touch’s content strategy into a powerful engine for visibility and engagement. During his tenure, the company’s website traffic has increased from approximately 35,000 users annually to nearly 150,000, contributing significantly to lead generation and business development.
In addition to managing written content, Zach partners closely with High Touch’s Vice President of People, Marketing, and Communications to ensure that content strategy aligns with enterprise-wide initiatives. He also collaborates cross-functionally with departments throughout the company to develop messaging that supports campaigns, communications, and digital advertising.
A Career Rooted in Storytelling and Impact
Zach’s professional journey reflects a unique blend of technical expertise and creative communication. Prior to joining High Touch, he held roles in technical writing, content strategy, and AI-driven content development, including a standout documentation project with the World Health Organization in 2019.
As part of that effort, Zach helped develop the user guide and training content for Go.Data, a disease outbreak investigation platform used globally during public health emergencies. His work helped support frontline contact tracing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“At the time, the project felt abstract, like something far removed from daily life,” he reflects. “Then March 2020 happened, and suddenly, the whole world was talking about contact tracing. Seeing something I worked on in use on that scale was surreal and humbling.”
A historian by training, Zach credits his background for shaping his approach to content: research-driven, human-focused, and always centered on narrative.
Bringing Character and Creativity to the Table
Those who work closely with Zach describe him as a thoughtful collaborator with an eye for detail and an ear for voice. Whether partnering with subject matter experts to create web content or helping shape critical client communications, Zach brings a combination of clarity, creativity, and humor that makes complex ideas feel approachable and engaging.
He’s also played an instrumental role in shaping the tone and personality of High Touch’s brand, ensuring our content not only informs but also resonates.
“Being named to the 40 Under 40 list is an incredible honor,” Zach says. “I’ve been lucky to work with people who trust me to bring their ideas to life and tell our story in a way that reflects who we are as a company.”
Bringing the Human Touch to Technology.
At High Touch Technologies, our employee-owners are our greatest strength. From software developers and engineers to marketers and strategists, we’re powered by passionate people who help businesses succeed through technology.
We’re proud to celebrate Zach’s recognition and grateful for the impact he makes across our organization every day. Please join us in congratulating Zach on his selection to the 2025 WBJ 40 Under 40 class!
