Additionally, High Touch has completed the MSPAlliance’s MSP Verify Program (MSPV) certification process and earned the AA Risk Assurance rating for managed services and cloud computing providers.

What Is SOC 2 Type 1 Compliance?
SOC audits are the gold standard for technology providers when measuring information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations. The SOC 2 Type 1 certification ensures High Touch meets the audit’s requirements when measured at a specified point in time.
From a customer standpoint, being SOC 2 Type 1 compliant ensures High Touch has the proper controls and procedures in place to meet the audit’s requirements for security, privacy, and confidentiality—in a nutshell, High Touch has all the expected best practices and procedures in place to keep customers’ data safe.
The audit was completed by Bernard Robinson and Company, a North Carolina-based CPA and advisory firm.
What Is the MSP Verify Program (MSPV)?
The MSPV is recognized as the oldest certification program for managed services and cloud computing providers. The MSPV is based on the Unified Certification Standard™ (UCS) for managed services and cloud computing providers and developed by the International Association of Cloud and Managed Services Providers.
To earn the certification, companies need to meet a specific set of requirements—10 control objects and underlying controls deemed to be constituted as the crucial building blocks for a successful managed services and cloud computing practice.
Upon completing and submitting the required documentation, the results are evaluated by an independent third-party accounting firm for verification and signing of a public-facing report.
What Is the Cyber Verify AA Risk Assurance Rating?
Like the MSPV, the Cyber Verify certification is based on the UCS for managed services and cloud computing providers.
The Cyber Verify program evaluates many different aspects of a company’s service delivery, paying close attention to security. Cyber Verify evaluates internal service delivery security practices, business continuity of the provider, cyber insurance usage, and many other characteristics that are important in the evaluation process of customers seeking out professional and secure providers.

Cyber Verify uses the following rating system and is renewed annually, with High Touch earning an elite AA rating:
- AAA. Evaluates the provider’s cybersecurity practices on a 3-12 month period of review.
- AA. Evaluates the provider’s cybersecurity practices on a particular day.
- A. Evaluates the provider’s cybersecurity practices on a thorough and in-depth self-attestation examination.
