High Touch’s 2023 In Review

2023 was undoubtedly a stellar chapter in the nearly 40-year High Touch Technologies narrative—it not only provided us with ample chances to live out our mission but also served as a canvas for expressing our core values.

From fortifying our cybersecurity stance with prestigious certifications to securing our place on CRN’s MSP 500 list and  actively engaging in community initiatives, these are the stories that helped make 2023 an outstanding year for High Touch.

In our digital age, cybersecurity becomes more important every day. Early in 2023, our team successfully completed the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 audit. This certification ensures that High Touch has the necessary controls in place for security, privacy, and confidentiality at a specific point in time.

But we didn’t stop there—we doubled down on security by also completing the MSPAlliance’s MSP Verify Program, earning the coveted AA Risk Assurance rating. Being part of less than 5% of the global MSP community with an AA Cyber Verify rating places us in an elite group, assuring our clients that they are in safe hands.

These certifications aren’t just badges—they represent our commitment to providing secure and dependable technology solutions.

In the realm of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), High Touch Technologies shined brightly in 2023. We proudly joined Acumatica’s Presidents Club, a distinguished honor given to only 16 Acumatica vendor partners. This recognition is not just a feather in our cap—it’s a celebration of our ERP team’s dedication and the strong partnership we’ve forged with Acumatica.

Being part of the Presidents Club isn’t just about sales revenue—it’s about maintaining high customer satisfaction and demonstrating a strong commitment to the Acumatica platform and ecosystem.

Leadership is the backbone of innovation, and in 2023, High Touch welcomed Clay Carson as the Senior Vice President of IT Solutions. With over 20 years of experience spanning various industries, Clay’s appointment underscores our commitment to driving excellence in IT solutions. His diverse experience in the restaurant, real estate, and technology sectors aligns seamlessly with our mission to provide holistic and forward-thinking technology solutions.

In 2023, our commitment to community development soared to new heights. From sponsoring local initiatives to collaborating with nonprofit organizations, we actively participated in events that aligned with our core mission and values.

As the technology partner for Envision, High Touch provides IT, software, and communications solutions for the organization. In addition to partnering with Envision to provide technology solutions and support, High Touch helped support the organization’s mission through community events and activities, including the Golf Fore Vision Tournament, LevelUp Program, and Evening With Envision Gala.

Additionally, our High Touch team participated in sponsorship events with the Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland, and Boys and Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas.
